Combined seals are widely used in many industries such as metallurgy, water conservancy, aerospace, chemical industry and shipbuilding
due to their compact structure, easy installation, low friction and long service life;
Aiming at the situation that the machining accuracy of the piston and cylinder of the hydraulic cylinder cannot be improved, now we will
introduce a combination seal type that can compensate for the seal; the general combination seal is guided by two ring, two retaining rings,
one lastic rubber ring and one sealing ring;
Analysis of accessories for combined seals:
1. Guide ring: play a role in positioning and guiding;
2. Retaining ring: play a role of support and positioning;
3. Elastic rubber ring: Provide pre-tightening force and compensate for the wear of the seal ring;
4. Sealing ring: It forms a match with the cylinder barrel of the hydraulic cylinder, and forms a dual surface to produce a sealing effect, which
has a two-way sealing effect;
According to different working environment temperature and working medium, changing the material of different elastic rubber ring, guide ring
and retaining ring can meet the requirements of commonly used hydraulic cylinders below 45 MPa and reciprocating speed less than 1m/s.
