with the transmission requirements of the excavator's working devices and various mechanisms. It mainly includes hydraulic oil tank, main

 

pump, multi-way valve, various pipelines, oil cylinders, motors and other components that perform various actions. Its function is to use oil as

 

the working medium to convert the mechanical energy of the engine into hydraulic energy and transmit it by using a hydraulic pump, and then

 

convert the hydraulic energy back into mechanical energy through hydraulic cylinders and hydraulic motors to realize various actions of the

1. If the heating phenomenon of the hydraulic system cannot be dealt with in time, it will have an extremely unfavorable effect on the system:

 

(1) The viscosity of the oil drops, the leakage increases, and the system heats up again, forming a vicious circle;

 

 

(2) Accelerate the oxidation of the oil, form a gelatinous substance, block the small holes of the component, and make the hydraulic

 

component malfunction or jam, and cannot work;

 

 

(3) Make the rubber seals and hoses aging and invalid;

 

 

(4) The oil pump and hydraulic valve parts are intensified, or even scrapped.

 

 

2. An example analysis of the failure of the hydraulic system of an excavator. For such failures, generally speaking, you should start with the internal analysis of the external hydraulic system. Internal reasons: mainly caused by unreasonable system design. Such as the unreasonable matching between the components, the pipeline channels are too thin, the elbows are too many, the bending radius is small, and the fuel tank volume is not enough. Such problems should be fully considered in the design stage, otherwise it will cause congenital deficiencies in the hydraulic system of the excavator, which will be difficult to overcome after the product is made.
